What seems obvious to us is invisible to them. That’s the problem.

It was very touching to see him frame this as tragic loss. That’s the part that got me. Not loss of family, loss of party. He, and millions of others, have been profoundly betrayed by whatever the Democratic party has become. Part of it is Trump’s fault. He made them go crazy. Take that however you like. When nothing is working, find a scapegoat. That is Trump’s role, clear and simple. Trump didn’t destroy the Democratic Party. He gave it someone to blame while it destroyed the party he thought he belonged to.

What a clarion call for old school Democrats to understand that this is not their grandfather's party!

Millions of democrats have been deceived by a truly devious and IMO demonically inspired political party leadership. Kudos to Mr. Kennedy who has the integrity to call them out. Is there the will in party loyalists to admit it and find a new path as RFK Jr. has? We'll see in November.

I missed his speech so I’m grateful that you posted it. He walked us through the Dem Party descent into corruption and malignant hypocrisy. He summed up the outrageous, hateful behavior and harmful policies of the Biden period, the worst administration we have ever endured. His speech should be highlighted from now til November so we will again and again thank God for DJT.

Have you written a piece that examines the future if the Dems continue on their current trajectory?

I believe I have written about that. But it is getting weirder all the time.

I listened to that speech when he gave it and again on FB. I was overwhelmed with the feelings of disappointment and sadness he was expressing. He described a personal loss. Thanks for posting it again for your readers.
